We use a meat maturing machine that allows for very long maturation, ideal for enhancing the aromatic complexity of marbled meats, and cooking is carried out exclusively with selected coal embers .
Our proposal is not limited to meat. To complete our offer you will find fine cured meats such as Pata Negra, Culatello di Zibello and Salame di Varzi, fresh homemade pasta (as well as our bread, which we prepare daily), our pizza and of course the best catch of the day.
